Welcome to Yoga 101 — a gentle and grounding 4-week journey into the foundations of yoga. Whether you're brand new to the practice or simply seeking to slow down and reconnect, this course is here to support you. Each week explores a different focus — from breath and stillness to gentle movement and deep rest. Designed as a rolling course, you can begin in any week and complete your 4-week cycle from there. With small class sizes (max 10 students per session), you’ll receive personalised guidance and space to move at your own pace. Expect an experience that nurtures your nervous system, builds confidence, and helps you reconnect with yourself — no pressure, no performance, no prior experience needed. Move with intention. Breathe deeply. Reconnect with what matters. This is yoga, simply and soulfully. 🧘‍♀️ FAQ Who is this course for? This course is for anyone curious about yoga or looking to reconnect with the basics. It’s perfect for: First-timers Students returning to the mat after a break Experienced yogis wanting to slow down and reset Do I have to start in Week 1? Nope! This is a rolling course — you can begin in any week and continue your 4-session cycle from there. How much does it cost? $99 for the complete 4-week course (one 75-minute class per week). This includes use of all studio props and access to a nurturing, small-group environment. Can I just drop in for a single session? This course is designed as a cohesive 4-week journey. Drop-ins aren’t available at this stage to honour the experience and flow for each student. If you're unsure, get in touch — we're happy to chat. What happens in each class? Each session focuses on simple postures, breath practices, gentle movement, and guided rest. Themes change weekly — from grounding breath to stability and restoration — to offer a complete introduction to yoga. What should I bring? Just wear something comfortable to move in. Mats and props are provided, but you’re welcome to bring your own. How do I book? Bookings are made via our website. Once you select your start date, your 4-week journey begins from that week.

Cancellation Policy

Booking & Payment Full payment ($99) is required at the time of booking to secure your place in the course. Your booking covers 4 consecutive weekly sessions, starting from the date of your first class. Class capacity is limited to 10 students to ensure a supportive and personalised experience. Rolling Format You may begin the course on any scheduled date (space permitting) — your 4-week journey starts from your selected first session. If a session is fully booked, you may select a future date to begin. Cancellations & Changes As this is a rolling course with limited spaces, no refunds will be offered once your course begins. If you need to reschedule your start date, please contact us at least 48 hours before your first session and we’ll do our best to accommodate you (subject to availability). Missed classes cannot be carried over, but you are welcome to chat with us about potential make-up options depending on space in other sessions. Communication A confirmation email will be sent after booking, along with reminders before each class. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and honour the group experience.
