  • At Soul Sanctuary Yoga, we want you to love every item you bring into your ritual of rest. Because our eye pillows are handcrafted locally in small batches by Chatterbox City and include personal-use materials we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

    Returns Not Accepted For:

    • Change of mind

    • Scent preference

    • Used items or those not in original condition

    Due to hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns on any product that has been opened or used.

    A Gentle Note:

    Each pillow is made with care and intention — slight variations in fabric or scent strength are part of their charm and not considered faults.

  • At this time, all physical items are available for in-studio collection only.

    We are a small, community-based studio, and we love the opportunity to hand your order to you with care. Once you’ve placed your order, we’ll prepare it and let you know when it’s ready for pickup at Soul Sanctuary Yoga.

    Pickup Timing:

    You’ll receive an email when your item is ready — usually within 2–4 business days. You’re welcome to collect your order before or after class, or by prior arrangement.
